Nam Eye Water Topper

A transparent eye topper for a dewy effect on the eyelids. It can be used as a standard product or applied to eyeshadows to highlight the intensity of the pigments.

Directions

Use colors as you see fit. It is recommended to use a light shadow on the entire eyelid as a base. Use a darker color for the moving part of the eyelid. Note to fix the effect, use a primer before applying the eyeshadow.
